Gayle and Hayden are a father/daughter duo in the Adult Class. Gayle teaches our noon classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and has been training for 20 years. Gayle started as a way to get in shape and Hayden started training three months ago to supplement for wrestling that she does for school. We are so grateful to have them as members at Journey!

I took my at the time, 5 year old to Bushido and was skeptical of a little girl do Jiu-Jitsu. The instructors and older kids worked so well with her. They assured me she wouldn’t get hurt and she never did. She got in there and love it!
