Free Law Enforcement Seminar Was Great Success!

On Saturday February 1st Journey Jiu-Jitsu proudly hosted over 25 active law enforcement officers for a free seminar teaching what Jiu-Jitsu is and how it can benefit them on and off the job. A lot of the techniques and ideas studied had to do with distance management, and positional control in real life scenarios. Everyone had a blast and learned a lot! We had officers from Smithfield, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Isle of Wright, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and UVA in attendance. Its a great honor to serve this community and we look forward to the next one!

Journey Jiu Jitsu has TOP NOTCH instructors with many years of experience training, teaching, and competing.
